Well, it's official!
After months of planning, we're excited to announce that Skyview Farm & Creamery is officially Mine Creek Farmstead.
Our new website is live, we've changed our name across all of our social media platforms, and we're excited to begin this next chapter under a name that we can make our own.
Mine Creek has always been a part of this farm. The creek runs through the property, the land has a long history, and now the name reflects where we're headed as we build on that history and look toward the future.
A quick note about our online shop
Our e-commerce shop will move to its new URL Wednesday at 9 AM. If you have any trouble placing an order between 8–10 AM, please email us at hello@minecreekfarmstead.com and we'll be happy to help.
An Important Update About Our Raw Milk Prices
Beginning October 1, 2026, our raw milk will be $10 per gallon or $6.50 per half gallon.
We really didn't want to raise our prices, but after four months of owning and operating the farm, we've taken a much closer look at what it costs to keep this dairy running and what we need to build a sustainable future.
This change will help us continue investing in the dairy, grow our herd, improve infrastructure, increase milk production, and eventually bring more of the products you've been asking for to the farm store.
A New Little Addition to the Herd
And now for some happy news from the pasture!
Iggy had her calf last week—right on schedule—and we're thrilled to welcome our first heifer calf since becoming the owners of the farm.
There's something pretty special about seeing a new heifer calf arrive on a farm you're building for the future. She's a little piece of what's to come here at Mine Creek, and we're pretty excited to watch her grow.
Welcome to the herd, little one. ❤️ (Her name is Nicki.)
