Our philosophy and approach to producing raw milk and fresh dairy.
Everything we sell from the creamery begins long before the milking parlor. It starts with healthy, well-cared-for animals, continues with careful handling of fresh raw milk, and ends with high quality dairy products and cheeses you can count on.
Raw milk
Our cream-top, whole raw milk is straight from our beautiful pastured Jersey cows. It is immediately filtered and chilled in our dairy. Available for pick up at our farm store, Monday thru Saturday.

Made with whole milk, our yogurt is full of probiotics. The rich delicious flavors in our milk shine through.

Yogurt
Strained, Greek-style jersey yogurt. Thick and rich, it serves as a wonderful base for honey, granola and fruit parfaits.

Aged cheeses
The aged cheeses you’ll find here were handcrafted by the previous owners of the farm, the Noffkes, using the rich Jersey milk produced right here. Their dedication to traditional cheesemaking helped establish Skyview Creamery’s reputation for exceptional quality, and we’re honored to continue sharing those cheeses with our customers.
As the Noffkes grow their new creamery in Atchison, Kansas, we’re excited to continue offering their cheeses along side our own here at Mine Creek Farmstead. It’s a partnership that allows us to preserve the flavors our customers have come to love while supporting friends who have devoted decades to the art of cheesemaking.

Kefir
Our free range chicken flock provides us with farm fresh eggs that we love to share with our customers. Supply of eggs is limited, but we do our best to update our online ordering system, when we have eggs available.

Our fresh dairy produces are available for purchase exclusively at our farm store. Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to order ahead online so you can be sure your products are available for pickup when you arrive.
