Good Things Are Growing
It’s been an exciting couple of weeks in the pasture! Both Blossom and Dolly have welcomed their newest calves, and we now have two more adorable Angus/Jersey cross heifers growing up on the farm. These little ladies will be heading to their new homes in the next few weeks, but we’re enjoying watching them find their feet and explore the world in the meantime.
Fresh Curds & Fromage Blanc
Cheese lovers, we have some delicious things coming out of the creamery! We recently made a fresh batch of our cheese curds, and they’ve been flying off the shelves. There are only a few packages left, so grab them while you can!
We’ve also been making fromage blanc, our creamy, versatile fresh cheese. Enjoy it with crackers for a simple snack, or use it to add a little something special to your favorite recipes. If you haven’t tried it yet, now’s a great time! View varieties here.
Jersey Ground Beef
The wait is over! Our Mine Creek Ground Beef is officially in store, and we’re excited to bring another farm-raised product to your table.
Our ground beef comes from our own pasture-raised Jersey cattle. It’s rich, flavorful beef that’s ready for everything from weeknight burgers and tacos to your favorite comfort-food recipes.
Available in convenient 2 lb frozen packages, you can pick some up during your next visit.
A New Chapter for Skyview Creamery
We have some exciting news to share with our dairy-loving friends! Our Grade A milk license has officially been updated following the transition in ownership, and we recently welcomed Bill and Stephen to the farm as they picked up their first batch of fresh milk for the new Skyview Creamery.
We can’t wait to see what they create with it!
They’re planning a soft opening this Thursday, with a grand opening celebration to follow soon. We’re thrilled to see their next creamery adventure getting started and look forward to seeing what’s in store. Follow along with their journey here.
Fall Has Arrived
Okay, so the temperatures might still have us wondering if summer got the memo! But we’re leaning into the season anyway. We’ve been busy adding some fall decorations around the store, and our outdoor space is looking festive and ready for the season.
